Privacy Policy

Draft — last edited September 2, 2026

This is a working draft, not a published policy. It is meant as a starting point for CaseWhy's actual privacy policy and has not been reviewed by an attorney. Do not publish this page live, and do not rely on it as a final legal document, until it has been reviewed by a lawyer familiar with U.S. privacy law and, given the nature of this product, CCPA and similar state privacy statutes.

CaseWhy ("we," "us," "our") helps people track U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) case status and understand what changes to their case mean. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it's protected.
